1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and s6game ("s6game", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://s6game.cam and all associated content, services, features and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Definitions

4 Account Registration

• Notification of changes: You must promptly update your Account information if any registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delayed withdrawals or Account suspension.

s6game reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been or are likely to be breached.

5 Terms of Use

6 Deposits & Payments

The following terms govern the deposit of funds into your s6game Account:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the Platform's cashier page at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Accepted methods: Payment method options are displayed in the cashier section. References to familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are contextual references to methods familiar to Pakistani users and do not constitute guarantees of availability, endorsement or affiliation.
• Your funds only: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts or anonymous payment sources are not permitted.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses and any winnings generated from them must be wagered within the stated time period. Unused or unwagered bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the promotion period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on s6game and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account, without prior notice or refund obligation:

1. Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.
2. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or promotional event.
3. Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
4. System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches or malfunctions to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be void and may be reclaimed.
5. Multi-accounting: Opening or using more than one Account, whether under the same name or different identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
6. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith, where a legitimate claim does not exist.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post or transmit any Content from the Platform without prior written consent from s6game;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or public display;
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notices from any Content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s6game and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, data, revenue, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;

s6game's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude s6game's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

12 Responsible Gambling

s6game is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its Platform. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take that responsibility seriously.

• Self-exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the Account settings or by contacting support. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

s6game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which Account action may be taken include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illicit activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a User's payment provider;
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or financial institution;
• Detection of multi-accounting, collusion or prohibited use of automated software;
• A User's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following completion of applicable verification checks. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not returnable where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms.

Users wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the s6game support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Amendments to These Terms

s6game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, s6game will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users, which may include a notice on the Platform's homepage, a notification within the Account dashboard, or direct communication via the registered email address.

Amended Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of s6game following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and s6game, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team with a clear description of your complaint. s6game will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism provided under the Operator's licence conditions. s6game does not claim any licensing authority from any Pakistani governmental body, and the jurisdiction governing these Terms is that of the Operator's licence, not Pakistan.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable local law that cannot be contractually excluded.
